DataRoom Admin
Manage investor access requests — grouped by domain
▶ Operator Guide
Actions
Approve — grants immediate access. Investor receives an email with a personal Data Room link. Available for pending, denied, or revoked entries.
Revoke — removes access for an approved investor. They will see the request form on next visit.
Deny — rejects a pending request. No email is sent to the investor.
× — permanently deletes the entry from the database. Use for test data or duplicates.
Source / Referral Tracking
The Source column shows how the investor found the Data Room:
DEALUM LINKEDIN — platform tags. Use links like dataroom.bleedio.com?ref_by=dealum
🔗 stan — personal referral from another investor. They generated a referral link from the Documents page.
You can create any tag: ?ref_by=pitchbook, ?ref_by=yc-demo-day, ?ref_by=cold-email-q1
Access Flow
New investor: submits form → Slack #dataroom notification with Approve/Deny buttons → Talker AI triages (auto-approves if ≥85% investor probability) → approval email with personal link.
Returning investor: clicks “I am registered, let me in” → enters email → receives 6-digit code → enters code → access granted.
Already approved: re-submitting the form gives immediate access (no waiting).
Other Channels
Slack: /approve email@fund.com /revoke email@fund.com /pending in any Slack channel where Talker is present.
Portal: bleedio-portal/dataroom — same approve/revoke/deny actions from the operator portal (internal network).
API: POST /api/dataroom/approve POST /api/dataroom/revoke POST /api/dataroom/delete
Domain Approval
Approving a private domain (e.g. keiretsu.com) auto-approves all future emails on that domain. Public email providers (gmail, yahoo, outlook) cannot be domain-approved — each address needs individual approval.
The bleedio.com domain is always approved.
